If you're getting an error message when you try to create or join a room, there are a few different things that could be the cause . Below we've laid out the possibilities — whether you're trying to create or join one.

I get an error when creating a Room

Here are some scenarios: 

1. The room has already been created by another user: in this case you simply choose a different name that's still available.
2. You own the room, but you are not logged in: If you're sure that you created the room, what's likely happening is you aren't logged in. Use the instructions below to log in:
   1. Open the login page www.sirius.video/login
   2. Enter your e-mail address and password
   3. Log in as the owner of the room
