I can't join a room

I get an error when joining a room

If you get this message when you follow a room link, it's because the room hasn't been created under an account yet. If you were invited to someone's room, it's likely that there is a typo in the link that was entered, or possibly in the link that was sent to you. If you want to create this room, you can do so by logging in to your account and creating the room!

I get a message to wait when joining a room

If you get this message when you join a room, there are two possible scenarios:

  1. You are a guest waiting to be let in: When you were invited by someone to join a room, you enter the room by "knocking on the room's door". The room owner will get a notification that you would like to join the meeting. Please be patient and wait until you'll be let in — or contact the room owner.
  2. You own the room, but you are not logged in: If you are the owner of the room and wait to be let in, what's likely happening is you aren't logged in. In order to access your room, you have to be logged in your SIRIUS account. Use the instructions below to log in:
    1. Open the login page www.sirius.video/login
    2. Enter your e-mail address and password
    3. Log in as the owner of the room

I get a message to wait when joining a room

If you get this message when you join a room, the maximum number of participants in the virtual classroom has been reached. Please wait until someone leaves the room, so there is capacity for you to join. Also contact the room owner for letting them know that you're waiting to be let in.
