Getting Support at SIRIUS

Online teaching can be tough. Teaching software shouldn’t be. Whether you're a new user setting up your own account or you are invited to a SIRIUS room and want to learn more, we've got you covered.

Types of Support


We aim to answer all e-mails within 2 business days, if not sooner! If you are on a paid plan such as Pro and EDU, you can expect a faster response.

Here are a few things we recommend you include to help us answer your questions as thoroughly as possible:

  • The room name or URL of the session you experienced issues at.
  • The date, time, and timezone of the session
  • A screenshot (if applicable)

Support Center

Support Session

This consultation is our offer to all SIRIUS users or interested parties to ask questions about online teaching and technical equipment. During a 15-minute session, a SIRIUS expert will help you personally. We are looking forward to meeting you!
